Polyurethane resins

Polyurethane resins are characterized by elasticity and softness. These features make floors made of polyurethane resin very pleasant to use, have increased resistance to micro cracks in concrete, and also soundproof the rooms in which they are installed.

A very important feature of polyurethane resins is their increased resistance to UV. Resistance to yellowing and other weather conditions means that polyurethane resins can be successfully used outdoors. They are used to cover pedestrian and bicycle paths, parking lots, stadium stands, and helicopter landing pads.

We have both colored polyurethane resins, which are used to make colored floors, but there is also colorless polyurethane resin, which can be used to lay a stone carpet.

Among the polyurethane resins there is also polyurethane varnish. It is a colorless or pigmented two-component coating for varnishing polyurethane and epoxy floors. We can protect the floor with polyurethane varnish, and we can also change the color of the old floor using pigmented varnish. It should be remembered that changing the color of the floor will involve the need to apply at least three layers of new varnish.

To make thin paint coats on floors, polyurethane paint can be used, which, like polyurethane screeds, is dyed in many colors according to the RAL palette.
