PU varnish
Satin polyurethane varnish is a two-component colored polyurethane resin for protecting and renovating floors. It is used in all flooring systems. The product is easy to apply, it is applied to the floor surface with a short-haired roller. The product has high chemical, mechanical and UV radiation resistance.

Product purpose

- For coatings made using painting and pouring techniques, with natural and colored quartz sand, as well as with a sprinkle of colored flakes.
- Widely used in apartments, industrial facilities, warehouses, parking lots and technical rooms, public utility buildings.
PRODUCT APPLICATION CONDITIONS:
AMBIENT TEMPERATURE: min. 10°C max. 30°C
Concrete TEMPERATURE: min. 10°C and min. 3°C above the dew point temperature
AIR HUMIDITY: max. 75%
MIXING: Materials to be used should have a temperature of at least 15 degrees Celsius.
Pour the entire contents of the component B package into the component A package.
Mix with a low-speed mixer for approximately 3 minutes (to avoid aeration of the material, it is recommended to use a mixer with a speed of approximately 300 rpm). The material should be poured into a clean container and mixed again for approximately 2 minutes. Due to the chemical reaction taking place, the material should be applied immediately after mixing. Do not leave the mixed material in the bucket.
USEFULNESS OF THE MIXTURE AT TEMPERATURE 10°C: 40–45 min.
USEFULNESS OF THE MIXTURE AT TEMPERATURE 20°C: 20–25 min.
USEFULNESS OF THE MIXTURE AT TEMPERATURE 30°C: 10–15 min.
Material consumption:
- approx. 0.2-0.25 kg/m2, with two recommended layers
• store in tightly closed containers
• keep away from open flames
• minimum storage temperature +10°C
• do not allow contact with skin
• avoid inhaling vapors from the material
• do not allow contact of individual components with acids, strong oxidants, bases
• the material does not pose a risk of spontaneous explosion
