UV-resistant colored polyurethane resin.
Coloured flexible polyurethane resin used to make self-levelling polyurethane floors. When using a quartz sand topping, the floor will be anti-slip. Resin with high ability to cover scratches and cracks in the substrate, resistant to chemicals, mechanical and UV radiation. Coloured polyurethane resin is used in apartments, offices, on terraces and balconies, driveways and internal and external parking lots. To protect the surface of the floor, it is recommended to make a coating PU varnish
Characteristic
- Excellent adhesion to various substrates
- Exceptional resistance to bending and stretching
- Easy to keep clean
- Waterproof
- High chemical and mechanical resistance
- Strong, durable and flexible
Concrete preparation:
The new substrate should be clean, well-bonded and not crumble. If necessary, it should be prepared using a milling or shot-blasting machine, e.g. Blastrac, to remove cement laitance and unevenness of the substrate. The concrete should be of high strength (min. B25 concrete) and free from contamination such as grease, oil, dirt, etc. Old substrates require milling or shot-blasting - depending on their condition. The strength of the substrate must be >20 N.mm2.
Cracks and depressions must be leveled before laying the floor. Sometimes it is necessary to use detergents to eliminate grease and oil. The unevenness of the substrate should not exceed 50% of the thickness of the layer.
Laying conditions:
The temperature of the room and the substrate should not be lower than +10°C. The recommended temperature of the material before laying it is +20°C.
The material should not be applied to a substrate if its temperature is lower than or equal to the dew point temperature.
The material should be mixed with a slow-speed large mixer. The ingredients should be mixed for about 3 minutes until a uniform mixture is obtained. Then the mixed material is poured into a clean container and mixed for about 2 more minutes. Applications should be made immediately after mixing.
The mixture should be poured onto a previously primed surface. epoxy resinAfter the layer has dried, it is necessary to apply PU varnish, to protect the floor.
Storage conditions:
- Store in well-closed barrels or buckets
- keep open flames away
- minimum storage temperature +5°C
- do not allow contact with skin
- avoid inhaling material vapors
- do not allow individual components to come into contact with acids, strong oxidants, or bases
- the material does not pose a risk of spontaneous explosion
